Join the library staff on Apr 26, as we head south to visit the territory of the renowned biologist Doc Ford. The ghosts of a 1925 multiple murder stalk biologist Doc Ford in this award winning entry of the Doc Ford mystery series. The story touches on a troublesome part of Florida history. Does a curse exist from that time? Doc Ford doesn’t believe in curses, but as he and his friend Tomlinson begin to investigate, following the trail of the attacks from Key Largo to Tallahassee, they  suffer a series of near-fatal mishaps. Is it really a curse? Or just a crime spree? The answer lies in solving a near-hundred-year-old murder…and probing the mind of a madman.

We'll borrow from the menu of Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grill for our culinary inspiration! Please note: Mr White is not attending!
