Town Clerk's Office Services

 List of services that are provided by this office:
  • Coordinating the records management and retention program for the  Town
  • Overseeing the adoption and publishing of the Code of Ordinances 
  • Helping to ensure that all open records requests are in accordance with the Open Records Act
  • Maintaining contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and agreements 
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for all Town Council and Committee meetings 
  • Receiving and opening bids for Town projects 
  • Serving as the official keeper of the Town seal 
  • Serving as the official supervisor of municipal elections.

Contact the Town Clerk's office for information on how to qualify as a candidate to run for office.  You must be a resident and registered voter of the Town of Indian Shores for at least 6 months at time of qualifying.
