Town Clerk's Office Services
List of services that are provided by this office:
- Coordinating the records management and retention program for the Town
- Overseeing the adoption and publishing of the Code of Ordinances
- Helping to ensure that all open records requests are in accordance with the Open Records Act
- Maintaining contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and agreements
- Preparing agendas and minutes for all Town Council and Committee meetings
- Receiving and opening bids for Town projects
- Serving as the official keeper of the Town seal
- Serving as the official supervisor of municipal elections.
Municipal Election Information
Contact the Town Clerk's office for information on how to qualify as a candidate to run for office. You must be a resident and registered voter of the Town of Indian Shores for at least 6 months at time of qualifying.
