IMPORTANT Notes from Pinellas County Deputy Supervisor of Elections,
Dustin Chase, Regarding Mail Ballot Requests
- Florida Law made all mail ballot requests on file expire on Dec. 31, 2022. This means all voters who received mail ballots—even as late as the 2022 General Election—must submit a new request.
- The new request must include the voter’s Florida DL Number, ID number or the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number.
- An opportunity was provided on the certificate (return) envelopes to voters who cast mail ballots during the 2022 General Election to request mail ballots through the 2024 general election cycle. However, not all voters completed the necessary information.
- Voters are encouraged to request mail ballots by visiting the Mail Ballot Request Service page of the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections website.
