On May 14, 2025, the Town initiated ITB #2025-02 (pdf) for the construction of a Public Safety Storage Building. Upon review of the bids received, all submissions significantly exceeded the budgeted amount allocated for this project. As a result, the Town is preparing to release ITB #2025-04 and all related documents for this project soon. The updated bid package will incorporate changes to construction materials and specifications.
