Randy Helms is an Ordained Pastor, and has been in the active Ministry since 1976, working in various levels of the Pastorate throughout Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, and the last 22 years in Florida. He has also ministered in over 50 countries, including building churches in foreign countries such as Africa, Ireland, and Belgium. He is the co-author of the book "Connecting Points" and most recently authored "The Joy of Connecting."

Randy holds an Associates Degree, a Bachelors Degree, a Master's Degree, and a Doctorate (Ph.D.). Randy served as the Police Chaplain for the City of Lakeland from 1978 - 1984. Randy currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Southeastern University in Lakeland, and as the Senior Pastor of a church in St Petersburg. He is also a General Presbyter within his denomination, responsible for training and mentoring other Pastors.

Randy also has served in his off time, for the past 14 years, officiating youth and high school football games in the Tampa Bay Area. Randy has been married to his wife Karen since 1980 and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
