FEMA Rules prevent normal commercial trash companies from disposing of storm related debris. Pinellas County has refused to allow some trash haulers to dump their trucks if storm debris is commingled with regular trash at the County's Waste-To-Energy Plant. Storm debris in your household trash bin will need to be removed immediately in order to continue normal trash pickup.
