191st and 193rd beach accesses are currently being used in order to bring equipment onto beach, which may lead to temporary closures to one or both of those accesses over the next two weeks.
Once sand has been pumped in on the south end of Indian Shores, the project will move up to 197th Avenue to complete installation of the pipeline moving south. Indian Shores will remain mostly open during construction, although sections of the beach and parking areas will close temporarily when the contractor is in the immediate area. Residents and visitors are urged to stay clear of the active construction zone.
