Town Resolutions
A resolution is a formal written statement or decision adopted by the governing body to address and resolve specific issues or matters within the municipality. Resolutions are a common way for municipal governments to make decisions and take actions on a wide range of issues, including policy changes, administrative matters, and community concerns.
Resolutions are a means of formal decision-making in municipal government. They are typically used for issues that do not require the passage of an ordinance, which is a more formal and permanent legislative action. They are usually temporary in nature and specific to the issue at hand and may have a defined duration or purpose.
