The Indian Shores Property Owners Association (ISPOA) is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the quality of life for residents of Indian Shores. Established in 1974, ISPOA serves as a voice for property owners and a partner in community development.

ISPOA works closely with Town officials to promote responsible growth, protect the charm of beachside living, and advocate for the health, safety, and general welfare of all residents. The association also serves as a platform for residents to share their concerns, ideas, and priorities, helping to strengthen civic engagement and collaboration within the Town.

Led by an Executive Board of Elected Officers and Directors, ISPOA hosts quarterly public meetings and organizes a variety of events and initiatives throughout the year to foster a vibrant and connected community. These include:

  • Supporting community improvement projects and Town committeesIndian Shores Property Owners Association Logo
  • Organizing monthly social events and Happy Hours
  • Coordinating Memorial Day, Labor Day, and holiday celebrations
  • Participating in seasonal beach cleanups and beautification efforts
  • Facilitating the sale and installation of engraved brick pavers
  • Assisting with large Town events like the St. Paddy’s Day Festival

Whether through civic participation or social connection, ISPOA plays an active role in shaping the future of Indian Shores while preserving the small-town, coastal charm that makes it a special place to call home.
